Step 2

This is a reasonably short step, just overviewing the buying process.

 

Firstly, I made sure all of the parts were compatible. For example, don't buy a laptop hard drive for a desktop PC.

Next, do a last-minute check for all of your parts, even if you think you have the best deal, there may be a better one!

Last, plan your build, before your parts arrive. Think of what you'll work on first, second, third, and so on.

 

Important Note: Make sure all parts come with required pieces. For example, make sure your power supply comes with a power cord.
