Wiring

Now for the complicated part, wiring all the components. Firstly, there will be a 24-pin male plug, and that gets plugged into the 24-pin female plug on the motherboard, next there will be a 4, 6, and 8 pin plug, depending on how many there are on your motherboard. If there are 4 then use the 4, if 8 use 8, ect...you CPU 4 will have a 4-pin plug which goes next to where the RAM sticks go. Now if your case fan(s) will either have a 3-pin plug, or a Molex cable, or both. Plug one into the 3-pin plug on the motherboard, if you have a second plug the Molex cable into the one from the PSU. On your graphics card, there will either be one or 2 PCI-E power plugs, if one then plug the PSU's power into it. If it has 2 and your PSU only has one, you may need to buy a splitter. (I had to do this for mine)

Most extra graphics cards do not require extra power or cables, it is usually just a plug-and-use setup. To power the Hard drive and/or solid state drive, you'll need to use the flattest power cable coming from your PSU. and plug it into the male with the same size. The other male on the hard drive or solid state drive will be where your SATA cable goes, and the other end in the identical looking male plug on the motherboard. If you have USB plugs, power LEDs, or Power buttons on your case, you'll need to wire those into your motherboard, this depends on what kind of motherboard you have. So you'll have to consult your motherboard's manual for this one! But otherwise, you should be about done with wiring up you computer!

Plug in the 24-pin motherboard power cable. While you'r at it, plug in the graphics card too (shown in picture.)

Follow directions in the picture.

The other ends of the SATA data cables plugs into the motherboard.

Make sure to place cables in organized paths to their destinations out of the way from fans and air pathways. This helps heat management... and sanity!
